RETURNS

Returns are acceptable for all items. You must email boardwalkbeadsco@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your items. Returns must be in new and unused condition, unless the reason for return was damage in shipment. If the reason is damage in shipment, a photograph of the damage will need to be included in the email. Original packaging is requested in returns, but not necessary. With a return, you will be completely refunded for the item/ order.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange a product you must email  boardwalkbeadsco@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your items. Your exchange will not be sent until we can confirm the original products are being sent back to us.
